Our Technique
Nippur Purification devices use the water purification technique called Reverse Osmosis (Reverse Osmosis) to achieve maximum quality.
Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Phases
Nippur products use Reverse Osmosis technique for water purification. This technique consists of 6 stages. As a result of these 6 stages, every drop of water turns into pure and every drop into health.
Phase 1:
5 Micron Sediment Filter
The coarse sediment filter protects the membrane filter by filtering coarse sediment and particles in the water, and therefore provides optimum life.
Phase 2:
Granular Activated Carbon Filter
Water arriving into this filter after being filtered off from coarse materials is separated from its chlorine content, gases causing bad odor and taste, cyst, some heavy materials and other chemicals, and thus the taste, color and odor of the water is regulated.
This filter is a salt carbon filter obtained by burning coconut shell in an 800°C oxygen-free environment. A sesame-sized activated carbon grain has a molecular surface large enough to cover a football field. In other words, half a kilo of activated carbon is a dense material sufficient to treat half a ton of water.
Phase 3:
Block Carbon Filter
Phase 2 is intended for filtering dirt and bacteria that are likely to pass through the granular activated carbon filter. It is obtained by compressing the carbon.
Phase 4:
Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter
This filter has a 5 angstrom pore diameter and thoroughly purifies water separated from coarse sediment and particles in the first 3 stages.
The main purpose of the first three filters is to facilitate the work of the membrane filter and prolong its life. In contrast, the custom-made LG Membrane filter creates almost no change in the alkaline degree of the water.
This is the most important stage of purification. Our device is in the main filter position and acts as a semi-permeable membrane. It allows only beneficial substances to pass through water, such as plants absorbing water from the soil.
It is completely natural. While filtering only water with high pressure, the device completely purifies harmful bacteria, particles, lime, sediment, rust, asbestos and heavy metals existing in micron dimensions in the water.
Phase 5:
Coconut Shell Filter
Purified water passes through the coconut shell filter for the last time before going from the tank to the tap. In this way, water is enriched in minerals
Phase 6:
Alkaline Mineral filter (optional).
